Returns & Exchanges

At MyID Shop, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your MyID Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
